An update on club clothing/merchandise

We are collecting the first few batches of orders late this week. We will then be sorting this weekend and having available in the Clubrooms from next Thursday 7 May.

You will receive an email or a SMS when your order is ready. If you do not receive an email or an SMS – your order is not available for collection.  Most orders submitted (and paid) prior to the end of March should be available in this delivery.

The process for merchandise collection in 2015 is –

• You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.
• Orders can only be collected from the Clubrooms at the designated times as indicated in your email.
• Orders must be fully paid prior the order being placed with the supplier. Any delay in payment causes a delay in the ordering process.

All orders are placed at the end of each month will then take 4-6 weeks from date of order.
