Choose the 2026 membership type that is best for you:
Club membership fees
For 2026, we have maintained the same club membership fees despite significant cost increases from our insurer and AFL Barwon.
For this reason, any player who has not completed the Club Membership and registration requirements set out before the first game will not be eligible to take the court/field. In previous seasons, we have had volunteers chasing club membership at the end of the season; we are no longer able to operate in this way.
Please note that for 2026, we have combined single junior and senior player registrations and memberships across football and netball into the Play HQ step to simplify the process.
Non-Playing Memberships
We offer a range of non-playing memberships with varying benefits, but each supports the club operations, including team and player participation.
- Halo
- Super Halo
- Super Halo Sponsor
- Pensioner
- Past Player
- Social
- Non-voting social
All can be purchased through Tidy HQ as per previous years. Purchase a 2026 non-playing membership.
Playing Membership and Registration
Additional League and other fees
In 2026, AFL Barwon introduced a player development fee across all player registrations. This fee will be charged as follows:
- 0 – 17, $5.50 (Junior (U18) Development Levy)
- 18 – 99, $11.00 (Senior (18+) Development Levy)
Please note that for netball, there is also a Netball Australia Digital Systems and Services Fee (NADSS Fee) of $5.61.
All registering players will be charged these fees and must pay at the time of registration.
Single player memberships:
For 2026, we have combined our single-player registration and membership in PlayHQ to simplify and streamline the process.
