St Mary’s Sporting Club Geelong is running a Mental Health Awareness Week

28th June – 2nd July

Tuesday 29th June:

  • 6pm – Guest speaker
  • Those involved: Under 18 Football, Under 17 & 19 Netball
  • Where: St Mary’s Club Rooms
  • Tea Provided

Thursday 30th June:

  • 7.30pm – Guest speaker @ Thursday night dinner
  • Those involved: Senior playing groups, Parents, Members & Sponsors
  • Where: St Mary’s Club Rooms

Saturday 2nd July: St Albans Game

  • 1pm – Half time of Reserves Football – Afternoon Tea
  • Those involved: Parents, Members and Sponsors
  • Roll out of the St Mary’s Development program
  • Where: St Mary’s Clubrooms

Playing groups on the day will be wearing a variety of blue apparel to create awareness and reduce the stigma associated with both men’s and women’s Mental Health Challenges.

All proceeds from the week will go towards beyondblue.
