Injury prevention workshop with Karen Henry
Big thanks to Karen Henry for her time with our U12s, U15s, U18s and Senior female footballers a couple of weeks back talking about the right way to warm up, cool down, build core strength, prevent injury and manage recovery. The girls learnt about dynamic and static stretching, the correct way to lunge and plank and the importance of recovery and listening to their bodies.
We are very grateful for her interest in our female football program and for all the Geelong’s Gym vouchers handed out at the end to all the girls
