Coaching Announcement- Senior Netball A Grade

Kathryn Vickers has had an outstanding netball career, both as a player and coach. She began her Geelong netball journey at St Mary’s in 2008, winning the club’s Best & Fairest in 2011, and began her coaching with the juniors there. She also coached the Geelong Flyers and recently a Premier League team in Townsville whilst living interstate.

 

As a player, Kathryn represented Victoria and competed at the VNL level in Championship for Geelong Cougars, Boorondara, and Ballarat. She was the premiership captain for Modewarre A grade in 2018 and her coaching career continued as the Under 19 coach at Modewarre before stepping up as the head coach.

 

Kathryn is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge and passion of the game to St Mary’s netball club in 2025 and beyond.
