St Mary’s Sporting Club Goes Pink for BCNA: Join Us This Weekend!

This weekend (10–12 May 2024), St Mary’s Sporting Club is proudly hosting our annual Pink Sports Day to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). This cause touches many in our community, and we’re coming together to show our support both on and off the field.

🧁 Fundraising Activities

We’ve planned many ways for supporters to get involved and show their support:

  • Auskick Mothers Day Activities – Donation tins and merchandise
  • Cake Stall – Starting from 9am at the netball courts, grab a sweet treat for just $4.
  • Raffle – Tickets are $5 each, 3 for $10, or 7 for $20. All money raised goes directly to BCNA.
  • Pink Merchandise – Pink caps and wristbands will be on sale at the canteen.
  • Donation Tins – Look out for these around the clubrooms and grounds.

At 3pm on Saturday, we’re inviting all the amazing women of our club to a special afternoon tea in the clubrooms. Bring a gold coin donation and enjoy some time together to reflect, connect and support this important cause.

💬 Why It Matters

By supporting Pink Sports Day, we’re helping BCNA continue their vital work—whether it’s providing My Care Kits to people recovering from breast cancer surgery, offering support through their Helpline, or ensuring people affected by breast cancer feel heard and supported every step of the way.

💻 Donate Online

If you can’t make it to the club this weekend, you can still support the cause by donating online via our official fundraising page:

🙌 Let’s Do This Together

Let’s turn the club pink, raise funds, and show what the St Mary’s community is all about—support, spirit, and standing together. Every donation, ribbon, and cupcake helps make a difference.

Thank you to everyone getting involved—we can’t wait to see you there!
