Learn more about Auskick Season 2026 at St Mary’s Sporting Club! We’re thrilled to welcome kids and families back to the footy field for another season of skills, smiles and spirited fun.

Ready, Set, Register!

Registrations are open now via the official NAB AFL Auskick portal, and once signed up, every Auskicker receives a Community Auskick Pack delivered straight to their nominated address.

We remind parents and guardians that children should not be left unattended during sessions. Auskick at St Mary’s is a community event, and we love having families involved every step of the way!

Season details

📅 When: Fridays, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
📍 Where: Kardinia Park West, Anthony Costa Oval, St Mary’s Sporting Club, La Trobe Terrace, Geelong
📆 Dates:

May 1 to July 31, 2026 (10 sessions plus Presentation Evening)
Highlights include a special Mother’s Day skills session on May 8 and a final presentation event on July 31.

Who can play?

Auskick is open to kids aged 5–8 years (as of 31 Dec 2026), and we offer both mixed and female-only groups if numbers allow. It’s all about building confidence, coordination and teamwork with fun first, competition second!

No prior footy experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!

Auskick atmosphere & community spirit

Auskick at St Mary’s is much more than footy skills, it’s a chance for young players to:

Learn the basics of Australian rules football in a supportive environment
Make new friends and be part of a team
Enjoy weekly activities designed to be engaging and energetic

And because Auskick is volunteer-run, we encourage parents to get involved, whether that’s assisting with activities or even lending a hand in the canteen on Friday evenings.
